Woven Dunnage Air Bags are recommended for heavy duty loads and strong forces during transportation.
The Mega Flow Valve allows you to fill up air bags much faster with our special venturl filling device. Blowing compressed air in the special jet chamber inside the filling device creates negative pressure and the device “sucks” a huge amount of additional outside air into the bag.
This so called venturl effect saves 30-40% of your time filling bags.
Size of gap v/s air bag
> 30 cm gap = 60 cm bag
> 40 cm gap = 90 cm bag
> 50 cm gap = 120 cm bag
> 60 cm gap = 150 cm bag
The width of the bag is most important and depends on the size of the gap to fill. The length of an airbag can freely be adjusted to the size of the cargo.
